Turning Off UAC completely on your Server

For MS OS2 systems, in some cases software installations on some setups may cause issues with rights and permissions. In some scenarios, it is necessary  to turn off UAC on the server:

To do this, in the Control Panel, go to User Accounts, change User Account Control Settings, and adjust the slider to "Never Notify."

This change applies to Vista, Windows 2008 Server, and Windows 2008 R2.
