I'm receiving an error "You Do Not Have Access to Logon to This Session"

If you receive the message "You Do Not Have Access to Logon to This Session", please be advised that this relates to Terminal Services connection permissions. To resolve this issue, you will need to change the Terminal Services connection permissions.

In order to do so:

  1. Go to Terminal Services configuration
  2. Connections - RDP-Tcp
  3. RDP-tcp properties and permissions
  4. Add the group(s) that needs access to this connection 

This should resolve your issue.
