No more licenses are available or cannot contact licensing Server

The error: "No more licenses are available or cannot contact licensing Server" is presented to users connecting from a 2X Client even though licenses are shown as available from the Licensing pane within the 2X Console.

Versions Effected

2X Remote Application Server v11.0+


Should this error be presented, please try the following steps to rectify the issue:

-Stop the 2X Publishing Agent and Redundancy Services
-Navigate to the installation directory > appdata folder
-Rename licensing.db and sessioncache.db to another filename
-Start the services back up. The two .db files above will be recreated for you automatically.

Once done, please perform a manual re-activation of the product from the 2X Console and confirm if the issue persists.
