Overview

The scope of this article is to outline how to get in touch with the Support team for 2X Remoate Application Server

A ticket can be logged with 2X Support directly by emailing support@2x.com or submitting a ticket from here.

The following information would be useful to provide upon ticket submission:

  1. 2X License key in use in this installation
  2. Version and build installed
  3. Environmental Information
  4. A clear overview of the issue encountered
